Bauer media is just a segment of Bauer Media Group, the group offer offer over 300 magazines in 15 countries, as well as online, TV and radio stations. Bauer Media is a multi-platform UK-based media Group which focuses on magazines and radio. Their strategy to success is having over 80 wide range media brands to offer and to connect to the audience.
They have many on-going projects to get as much research as possible to know what audiences they need to encounter for. For example in November 2006 they launched a project called 'The Inside'. This was to understand today's consumers. The research data offered them a larger understanding of consumer behaviour and their trends as they happen. The research pannel has 10,000 + members which are aged 16 and over. They all have been recruited from the many brands that bauer offers.
